UNITS & PRODUCTION

To ensure all of the above we have focused to expand our infrastructure and in almost a decade from 1 unit today we are running 6 different units. A production capacity of over 1200 tons monthly.

MANPOWER

The most important aspect of the infrastructure is not only relies on Machinery and raw material but also on the staff and employees. We have identified crafted workmen for each unit. We have our in-house team of engineers who are responsible for Designing and Modeling of our dies. Our workmanship involves more than 500 people with a mix of skilled and unskilled professionals.

MACHINERY

All the machinery used at forg3d are manufactured by the leading manufacturers across the world. At present most of our machinery is automotive which allows for a wider range of products versus manually operated machinery.

Today we have 100 + Power presses Ranging from 10 tons to 300 tons. 6 Laser Cutting Machine, 3 CNC Machine, Decorative Ms pipe machines, Iron Bending Machines, 8 Traub Machine, and Zinc Plating Machine all our sheet metal products are formed with high-density steel using cutting-edge technologies and VMC machines.
